A Beetee order is transparent and fast. Here are the 5 steps from brief to delivery.
1. Brief & quote (Day 0)
You send us your brief by WhatsApp or email. We reply within 24h with a clear, itemized quote.
2. Approval & payment (Day 1 to 3)
Quote approval, deposit if required. We start designing the mockup.
3. Digital mockup (Day 3 to 5)
You receive a digital mockup before production. Free changes for up to 2 rounds.
4. Production (Day 5 to 15)
Mockup approved → production. You receive regular progress updates.
5. Delivery (Day 15 to 20)
Tracked shipping. Signature on receipt for large parcels.

Who is my contact during the order?
A single dedicated contact, reachable on WhatsApp, from brief to delivery.
Are mockup changes free?
Yes — up to 2 rounds of changes. Beyond that: €30 per additional change.
Is payment on delivery possible?
For companies: 30% deposit + balance at 30 days. For individuals: full payment at order.
