Knowing the lead times helps you plan ahead. Here is our grid by technique and European destination.

Production time

DTF: 5-15 days. Embroidery: 7-12 days. Flocking: 5-15 days. Counted after mockup approval.

Delivery time in Europe

Belgium: 2-3 days. France/Luxembourg: 3-5 days. Netherlands: 3-4 days. Germany: 4-6 days.

Express service

For urgent orders: production in 3-5 days, express delivery in 24-48h. 30-50% surcharge.

Event scheduling

For festivals/seminars, allow at least 3 weeks. Schedule locked in as soon as you order.

Frequently asked questions

Is express possible at weekends?

Production runs on weekdays. Saturday express delivery is possible with some carriers.

Turnaround for a restock?

Archived designs: 5-15 days. No need to re-approve the mockup.

Are the deadlines guaranteed?

Contractual schedule. If a delay is our fault, a compensatory discount applies.
