From 200 pieces, Beetee switches to bulk mode: the unit price drops at each quantity tier and no setup fees are added — no screen setup, no per-colour prep charge. You pay for the print, not the setup.
Everything is produced in our Huizingen workshop (Flemish Brabant), with no middlemen or subcontracting: direct quality control, controlled lead times of 5 to 30 days depending on volume, and the option of phased delivery to spread out receipt around your deadlines.

Technique
DTF and flocking: why they work in bulk.
At high volumes, screen printing charges per-colour setup fees and forces simple artwork. DTF printing has no setup fees: unlimited colours, gradients and photos at no extra cost, on cotton, polyester or blends. Ideal for rich or multicolour designs across hundreds of pieces.
Vinyl flocking complements DTF for names, numbers and text — each piece can be personalised individually (ideal for jerseys or named allotments). On a single garment, we often combine a DTF logo on the front with named flocking on the back.

In Belgium, we offer hand-delivery for bulk runs and pickup at our Huizingen premises. Elsewhere in Europe, we ship by tracked mail to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany.
On large volumes, we arrange phased delivery: receive a first part of your order on one date and the rest later, to match your campaign or event deadlines. Payment terms are flexible and agreed together depending on the project.
