This policy transparently explains how Beetee processes your data when you browse this website, request a quote or communicate with us.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

Depending on your interaction, we may process your contact details, information required for your request or order, e-mail or WhatsApp messages, billing data and limited technical browsing data (truncated or anonymised IP address, device, pages viewed and conversion events).

3. Purposes

We use this data to answer requests, prepare and fulfil orders, provide customer support, meet accounting and tax duties, secure the website and measure its audience to improve our services.

4. Legal bases

Requests and orders are processed to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract. Administrative duties are based on law. Website security and strictly necessary statistics rely on our legitimate interests. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are loaded only after your consent, which you can withdraw by deleting the beetee_consent cookie.

5. Recipients

Access is limited to Beetee and, where needed, our hosting, e-mail, accounting, delivery and analytics providers. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta processes your communication under its own terms. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Meta may process some data outside the EEA. Such processing must be covered by GDPR safeguards, including an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Requests that do not become orders are kept for no more than 24 months after the last exchange. Customer, contractual and accounting documents are kept for the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Your consent choice is kept for one year. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Cookies and analytics

Umami is hosted for Beetee and measures audience without advertising cookies. Google Analytics/Tag Manager is disabled by default and loads only after acceptance. You may refuse without losing access to the website. The beetee_consent cookie stores your choice for one year.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@beetee.be; we normally reply within one month, subject to reasonable identity verification.

10. Complaint
