The challenge
Renew the entire workwear fleet (polos, softshells, HV vests) for 80 people with company logo marking + individual first name, complying with the EN ISO 20471 standard and a tight budget.
Our solution
220g piqué polos with DTF chest logo + flock first name on the sleeve. Black softshells with embroidered logo. Class 3 yellow HV vests with 'LOGISTICS' flock printing + individual badge. Direct pallet delivery to head office.

The challenge
Coordinated final-year sweatshirts for a final-year ES class with a multicoloured illustrated design (created by a pupil) + individual first name + class-year number, delivered before the 100-days mark (mid-March). Budget: €30/sweatshirt maximum.
Our solution
280g unisex Russell sweatshirts with high-resolution DTF printing on the front (original 5-colour illustration) + flock first name on the back with number. Direct delivery to the class representative by DPD, 2 days after production.

300 t-shirts for a Ghent music festival

The challenge
Production of 300 t-shirts, staff (100) and public-sale merchandising (200), within 3 weeks before the festival opening. Design imposed by the artistic direction with gradients and an integrated photo.
Our solution
Yellow B&C 180g staff t-shirts with DTF organiser logo (single-colour, simple). Black Russell 200g sale t-shirts with photo-quality DTF design on the front + organiser credit on the back. Express production 8 days + Bpost next-day Ghent.
The figures
« The photo-quality DTF reproduced our main artwork perfectly, gradients and all. The 8-day production 'rush' saved us — we ordered late because of a problem with a previous supplier. Recommended. »

Full kit-out of an amateur football club near Namur

The challenge
Complete renewal for the U16, U18 and senior teams (60 players): jerseys, shorts, socks, tracksuits. Individual customisation (name + number), 4 sponsor logos (front, back, sleeves), tight budget.
Our solution
140g breathable polyester jerseys with sublimation (sponsors mass-printed) + individual flock names and numbers on the back. Zipped tracksuits with DTF club logo. Overall pack with volume discount for 60 units.
The figures
« The flock names hold up impeccably after a full season of matches and washes. The DTF sponsor logos haven't budged either. Our president is delighted with the saving — we were able to kit out the staff too. »

Team t-shirts for a Madrid SaaS startup

The challenge
An 18-person SaaS startup based in Madrid (Distrito Telefónica) was looking for a supplier able to deliver 18 custom t-shirts with their logo (5 colours) in under 3 weeks, for an annual kickoff. Several Spanish screen printers declined ("30 units minimum").
Our solution
Black Stedman 165g t-shirts with DTF colour logo on the front (full 5-colour logo) + individual initials on the back in flock. Express production 8 days + GLS Express Madrid (4 days). Invoiced with VAT not applicable under the exemption scheme.
The figures
