Who is Beetee and where are you based?
Beetee is a B2B textile customisation workshop based in Huizingen, 15 minutes from Brussels. We deliver in Belgium and throughout Europe.
What is your minimum quantity?
From 20 pieces. Decreasing unit price beyond that.
Who do you work for?
Companies, sports clubs, schools, associations, festivals, streetwear brands. All B2B sectors.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Brief via WhatsApp or email with your logo + quantity + deadline. Quote within 24h, mockup before production.
Is the quote binding?
No — free and with no obligation. Valid for 14 days.
Can I change my order after approval?
Up to mockup approval: yes, free of charge. After production launch: possible but with fees depending on the scale.
Lead times
What is your standard lead time?
DTF: 5-15 days. Embroidery: 7-12 days. Flock printing: 5-15 days. Lead times counted from mockup approval.
Is an express service available?
Yes — production 3-5 days + delivery 24-48h. Surcharge 30-50%.
Lead time for a reorder?
Archived designs: 5-15 working days. No need to re-approve the mockup.
Delivery
Do you deliver to France/EU?
Yes — Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany. Full parcel tracking.
What are the delivery times?
BE 2-3d, FR/LU 3-5d, NL 3-4d, DE 4-6d after dispatch.
Shipping costs?
Belgium free from 50 pcs. Europe: €50-80 depending on destination. Express available.
Logos & design
What logo format is accepted?
SVG, AI, EPS, vector PDF ideal. Transparent PNG 300 DPI acceptable.
Do you vectorise free of charge?
Yes — for any order >50 pieces, vectorisation included.
Mockup before production?
Always included. 2 rounds of free revisions.
Payment
What payment methods?
Bank transfer, Bancontact, card. For businesses: invoice at 30 days on request.
Intra-EU invoicing?
Yes — invoicing excluding VAT under intra-EU rules for FR, NL, LU, DE with a VAT number.
Is a deposit required?
For individuals: full payment on ordering. For businesses: 30% deposit + balance at 30 days.
Customisation
What techniques do you offer?
DTF (colour printing), machine embroidery, vinyl flock. Combinable on the same piece.
What placements?
Chest, back, sleeve, hood. Standard sizes: 10cm chest, 25cm back.
How many colours are available?
DTF unlimited (CMYK). Embroidery up to 9 threads. Flock: 1-2 per pass.
