File formats for textile printing

The right format at the right time: a complete guide to accepted formats in textile personalization.

Recommended vector formats

SVG, AI, EPS, vector PDF: scalable without loss, ideal for embroidery and DTF.

Bitmap if necessary

Transparent PNG at 300 DPI minimum, at final print size. Avoid JPGs (compression).

Colour mode

CMYK for DTF (calibrated on our presses), Pantone for embroidery (thread matching).

Outline your fonts

Always convert text to outlines before exporting, to avoid missing-font issues on the printer's side.

Is a multi-layer PSD accepted?

Yes, but a flattened PNG or a vector AI file will save time.

What is the minimum size for a PNG?

300 DPI at final print size. For a 10cm logo: 1181 x 1181 px minimum.

Is the CDR (CorelDRAW) format accepted?

Prefer exporting to SVG or vector PDF for maximum compatibility.
