Conditions générales de vente

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL CONDITIONS

The general terms of sale detailed below apply exclusively to the Beetee website whose registered office is located at: Alsembergsteenweg 1003 1652 Alsmeberg and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises with identifier: BE0783619943.
The general terms of sale detailed below exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the www.beetee.be website (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the merchant Beetee. These general terms of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except for prior express written waiver. Beetee may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general terms, so it is necessary that these be reread before each visit to the Beetee site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). These modifications are enforceable as of their online publication and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the general terms applicable at the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you accept our general terms of sale unreservedly after having read them. By accessing the Site, you agree to respect the General Terms.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE

The sales prices indicated on the site include all taxes but exclude delivery costs. Any delivery costs are indicated to the user and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of selected products. The price to be paid is in Euros and is systematically indicated clearly before the confirmation of the order. The price refers only to the written description of the product. The attached photo is purely decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the indicated price. Beetee reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, including delivery costs, but commits to applying the rates in force that will have been indicated to you on the site.

ARTICLE 3: OFFER

Beetee has the right (without justification) to refuse orders, adjust delivery times, split deliveries, add other delivery conditions.

ARTICLE 4: ONLINE PURCHASE

A sale is confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation email from Beetee. The items will be delivered to the delivery address given by the customer. The customer has the choice between the payment methods available on the site.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not intend to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a dispute resolution body.

ARTICLE 5: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Delivered items remain, until full payment by the customer, the exclusive property of Beetee. The risk of loss or damage will be that of the customer from delivery. The customer agrees, if the situation arises, to direct any third parties to the Beetee transfer of ownership, for example to those who appropriate partially unpaid items.

ARTICLE 6: COMPLAINTS

Any visible damage and/or qualitative defects of an item or other delivery defect must be communicated immediately, under penalty of expiration of right, to customer service at the following address: info@beetee.be

ARTICLE 7: VALIDITY - NON-WAIVER

If a definition of the conditions is declared illegal, invalid or void, in no case will the validity, legality and application of the other conditions be called into question at that time. Negligence, at any time, on the part of Beetee to claim the rights concerning one of these conditions will not be considered a waiver of the other conditions and will not affect its rights.

ARTICLE 8: CUSTOMER SERVICE www.beetee.be

Beetee customer service can be reached by email at info@beetee.be

ARTICLE 9: SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time in Belgium is 2 to 15 working days, it can be extended for exceptional circumstances or in the case of a custom order. The delivery time for international depends on the destination. Shipping costs for deliveries are calculated according to the destination.

ARTICLE 10: MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

The conditions complement other conditions to which explicit reference is made as well as Beetee's sales conditions (Tanguy Baldewyns). In case of contradiction, the conditions in question prevail. Beetee has the right to change these conditions at any time without prior notice. These modifications are enforceable from their online publication and cannot apply to contracts concluded previously.

ARTICLE 11: PROOF

The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can be used as proof.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JUDGE
