For football jerseys, the optimal combination is:
- DTF for the club logo on the front (multicolor, precise, durable)
- DTF for sponsors on the back or sleeves
- Flocking for players' individual names and numbers (fast, durable, economical)
Which jersey should you choose for your club?
Football jerseys come in several qualities. A technical jersey in breathable polyester (140-160 g/m²) wicks away sweat and suits competitive play; a light piqué knit offers a good durability/price compromise for youth teams or training. For warm-ups and staff, a cotton t-shirt or a polo completes the kit.
The marking adapts to each garment: DTF on technical polyester (flexible, doesn't crack with movement), flock for names and numbers on the back. The club crest, even multicolor, is faithfully reproduced in DTF with no color surcharge.
Minimum Quantity for a Full Team
For a standard football team (11 players + substitutes + staff), we recommend a minimum of 20 to 25 jerseys (20 pieces is our minimum order). Our volume discounts apply from this quantity. A full team with home and away jerseys (50 pieces) can be kitted out for between €550 and €800 excl. VAT, depending on the pack and textile chosen.

Order Before the Sports Season
To be ready before the start of the season (August-September), order your jerseys between May and July. This gives you time to validate designs, collect sizes and receive your orders well before the first match.
Realistic lead times before kick-off
Allow 5 to 15 working days of production after proof approval, plus delivery in Belgium (1-3 days). For a full team with individual names and numbers, plan a margin: collecting players' sizes and numbers is often the longest step on the club's side. An express production in 5 working days (+20%) remains possible for urgent needs (team promotion, last-minute tournament).
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum quantity for a club?
The minimum is 20 pieces, with mixed kids' and adults' sizes. A single order can combine player jerseys, staff kit and supporter sweaters.
Can you flock a different name and number on each jersey?
Yes, that's the standard use. Flock allows individual marking (each player's own name + number) with no major technical surcharge — just count the application time per piece.
Can I restock a jersey mid-season?
Yes. Your design is archived: a new player or a mid-season transfer gets an identical jersey, at the same sliding rate based on volume.
Does VAT apply?
Beetee applies the exemption scheme: VAT is not applicable and is not charged, with the corresponding mention on the quote and invoice.
