DTF, embroidery or flock: which technique for your uniforms?
A professional garment is washed often, so how well the marking holds up over time is decisive.
- Embroidery: the most durable and highest-quality option, ideal for a logo on a polo, shirt or softshell. Withstands repeated 60 °C washes, with a premium finish valued in services and consulting.
- DTF: perfect for multicolor logos and detailed visuals on t-shirts, hoodies or workwear. Flexible, durable, with no setup cost — worthwhile from 20 pieces.
- Flock: a clean, matte marking for a simple logo or text, economical and robust (role, first name, department).
For individual marking (first name, role, staff number), flock lets us personalize each piece differently with no major technical surcharge.
Indicative budget per piece
Based on our sliding scale (minimum 20 pieces): t-shirt from €10, polo from €14, sweater from €21, hoodie from €23, softshell / jacket on quote. Prices drop by tier at 25, 50, 100 and 200 pieces. A later restock of the same design gets the same sliding rate based on volume.
Managing Sizes for a Large Team
For multi-employee orders, size management is often a logistical challenge. At Beetee, we provide a size collection form to share with your teams. Each employee fills in their size, and we manage production based on the collected data.
Lead Times and Delivery Throughout Belgium
Standard lead times are 5 to 15 business days after approval of the print proof. We deliver throughout Belgium: Brussels, Antwerp, Liège, Ghent, Namur, Mons, Charleroi and beyond. Personal collection is possible for businesses near our workshop in Huizingen.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum is 20 pieces, with mixed sizes and models. You can combine polos, t-shirts and softshells within a single order.
Does the marking withstand frequent washing?
Yes. Embroidery and DTF handle industrial cycles of 60 to 90 °C; flock is applied with a professional heat press. We guarantee good durability over dozens of washes in everyday use.
Can I restock later with the same design?
Yes. Your design is archived: a later restock (new hires, extra sizes) reuses the same marking and gets the sliding rate based on the volume ordered.
Does VAT apply?
Beetee applies the exemption scheme: VAT is not applicable and is not charged, with the corresponding mention on the quote and invoice.
