How it works
The flocking process.
01
VINYL SELECTION
Choice of vinyl colour and finish (matte, gloss, velvet, metallic).
02
PLOTTER CUTTING
The design is plotter-cut with millimetre precision.
03
WEEDING
Unused vinyl sections are removed by hand.
04
HEAT PRESS
The vinyl is pressed onto the textile (160°C / 15s).
Advantages
- + Very crisp, opaque finish, legible from a great distance.
- + Lasts 100+ washes, ideal for intensive sport.
- + Numbers and first names individually customizable.
- + Premium effects available (velvet, metallic, fluorescent).
Limitations
- − Limited to simple designs (no photos).
- − Each colour = one pass = extra cost for multicolour.
- − Stiffer feel than a DTF print.
