DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a modern textile printing technique that involves printing your design on a special plastic film, coating it with heat-fusible powder, then heat-transferring it onto the textile. Result: remarkably precise prints, compatible with all types of textiles (cotton, polyester, blends), from just 1 piece. DTF is ideal for complex visuals, color gradients, photos and multicolored logos. Durability is excellent: more than 50 washes at 40°C without notable alteration. With no color limits and no color setup fees, DTF is the reference technique for creative and personalized productions.
Flocking is a textile personalization technique that involves cutting shapes from heat-bonding vinyl and applying them to the textile by heat pressing. The result is a smooth or velvety surface depending on the type of vinyl used. Flocking is particularly suited for texts, numbers, letters and clean logos. It is the preferred technique for individual jersey personalization (player names and numbers), for small urgent orders, and for technical sports textiles. Durability is excellent and the finish is clean and professional.

Yes, our DTF prints withstand more than 50 washes at 40°C without notable color change or peeling. To maximize lifespan, wash the textile inside out and avoid temperatures above 40°C. Flocking is also very durable and can last several years with proper care.
DTF works on virtually all textiles: cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, nylon, synthetic leather. This is one of its great advantages over other techniques. The only limitations concern some highly technical textiles with water-repellent treatment. Our team advises you when choosing your textile.
The price varies depending on design size, number of colors and quantity. Generally, flocking is slightly less expensive for small orders with simple designs (texts, clean logos). DTF is more cost-effective for large orders or complex multicolor designs. Request a free quote for your specific project.
On average, allow 7 to 15 business days after proof approval (BAT). Flocking is often faster for small volumes (1 to 2 weeks). DTF requires a film preparation phase before pressing. For urgent orders, contact us directly via WhatsApp to explore express production options.
